SHTREIMEL Weather

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using the Shtreimel Weather mobile application ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service description

Shtreimel Weather is the official companion app for Klein Shtreimel. The app provides:

• Weekly display of the Real-vs.-Rain Shtreimel ruling for Brooklyn, Monroe & Monsey, Upstate NY, and Lakewood across three Shabbos time windows.
• Optional pickup coordination with Klein Shtreimel via WhatsApp deep-link or email.

3. No warranty

Shtreimel rulings are provided by Klein Shtreimel as guidance based on the staff's weather assessment for each location. Klein Shtreimel and the app are not responsible for actual weather outcomes, damage to shtreimels, or any other consequences of relying on the ruling. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide truthful contact and address information when scheduling a pickup, so Klein can fulfill the request.
• Not abuse the service — for example, submitting fake pickup requests, automated traffic, or spam.
• Use the app only for its intended purpose: consulting the weekly ruling and coordinating shtreimel pickup.

5. Modification of service

Klein Shtreimel may change the weekly ruling at any time before or during Shabbos as weather conditions evolve. Klein may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature without prior notice.

6. Termination

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → About → Delete my account. We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.
